Conditions of Use
Effective Date: June 14, 2026
- License Granted: You receive a non-exclusive license to use Māvanta for internal clinic and practice management.
- No Code Exploitation: Reverse engineering, security probing, or automated scraping is strictly prohibited.
- IP Ownership: Platform code, UI components, and milestone matrix frameworks remain the exclusive property of proprietor Madhavan C.
1. License Grant
Sole proprietor Madhavan C ("the Owner") grants your practice a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Mavanta platform (operating under the brand "Māvanta") solely for your internal practice operations and clinical administration within the territory of India.
2. Acceptable Use & Usage Restrictions
You agree that your practice and authorized staff shall not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or underlying algorithms of Māvanta.
- Conduct unauthorized vulnerability scans, penetration testing, or automated scraping against our production servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data belonging to other tenant clinics.
- Use the platform to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform—including software architecture, user interface design, branding, and proprietary evaluation framework matrices—remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Owner (Madhavan C).
4. Account Termination & Service Suspension
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access in the event of a material breach of these Conditions, illegal activity, or non-payment of subscription fees following the conclusion of any promotional period.
5. Governing Law & Legal Venue
These Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, India.
